I would urge to google and read the reviews on the various sites of loveholidays before booking.
Being able to contact loveholidays either by email, or telephone or even live chat(which is what they recommend) has been IMPOSSIBLE with you to discuss my issue. I have now tried at various times of the day, everyday, for nearly ten days, and have not been successful. The live chat function says that they are busy, and to come back at another time, at all times of the day and night. I am sure there is no one there.
You can always judge a good company or a retailer including holiday companies by the way they respond to complaints, issues or worries that the the customer may have. Your answer to every single issue or question has been to respond by “managing the problem online through your manage my booking web page, with questions that you think we want to ask and your answers”. We are not able to ask you individual questions that are relevant to us.
You are exactly what a company that sells holidays should NOT be like. Reading all the many hundreds, possibly over a thousand reviews of your business make me wonder how long is it before you are investigated and then hopefully shut down. Disgraceful.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, save yourself time, money and all the heartache!
Book with a well known large company that will honour their agreement.
Please go and read other reviews of loveholidays on other websites as well.
Try trustpilot, but be aware that businesses can pay this review site to take down negative reviews, as is the case with Feefo, that contacts you once you have booked with loveholidays.
