Booked a holiday to Sharm El Sheilk for this September 2020. Our favourite hotel Hyatt Regency . Tried to contact the Hotel in preparation of our visit no response from hotel via email called direct a random man answered certainly not a member of staff. So contacted Hyatt Group Germany infact was told no bookings until January 2021 THE HOTEL IS CLOSED !!.
Love Holidays have sold me a holiday that does not exist.
Beware others !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
