We had a holiday cancelled in April this year to go to Spain in May. We ask for a refund which L/H agreed to by email. However as you all know trying to get through to L/H is a nightmare. they did now and then sent an email telling us it was all in hand, but with no reply mail unable to thank them, so wrote them a letters but no reply. they did make a part refund in June saying the rest did not go through. Then was it. On the 13th July Easy Jet sent me an email saying a refund for the flight had been made to L/H, Love Holiday had told me that once the airline refund was made they would send it within five days, some hope, but after six weeks sent an email to Easy Jet about this they came back saying they would look in to this for us. Not sure if this was help from them or not but have since had a full refund from Love holiday. So there is light at the end of the tunnel after all. If only L/H were to improve their customer service all would be ok Regards T Bell somerset.
