Phone lines not working , on line chat not working. Facebook chat over 500 people in the queue. Absolutely incompetent ...and they want people to help the UK tourist industry...TRY HELPING YOU LOYAL CUSTOMERS !!...INCOMPETENT USELESS RETARDS...
