I booked a holiday with love holidays company 3 days ago and have spent over 2 1/2 hours hanging on an unanswered phone & have sent over 10 emails none of which have been acknowledged.
With customer service like this why would anybody trust them to organize a holiday?
I have even written to the CEO - so far no reply
