No communication , told me less than 16 hours before my holiday that hotel was closed , offering me a change , I responded within 6 minutes asking for a date change , which was the 9th July and still haven’t heard from them , hence I did t get on the flight knowing I had no where to stay but Live holidays are saying I should have ! So won’t refund my money . Tried every way possible for weeks and weeks to speak to someone , even sent a signed for letter to CEO who has received it and signed for it but no decency to respond . Would NEVER EVER use this company again
