Had my package holiday cancelled a week before departure. Been told I need to chase my own flight refunds because ryanair are a stand alone airline. LH have only refunded my hotel so far and have broken the law with regards to my full refund. Customer service is zero, if your lucky enough to get through on chat, it sounds like they're typing from a script.
I will never book with them again , im over £1200 in flights out of pocket. I would definitely stay away from this company. Disgraceful. Disrespectful. Uncaring.
