Didn't want to give 1 star. Just because Loveholidays has left ABTA does not alter the fact that if customers booked package holidays before they did this, then the contract between the travel company and the customer stands and customers are still covered re their original booking prior to Loveholidays quitting ABTA. They do not seem to have any logic, just want to get out of refunding customers. As for having patience and waiting for this Company to do the right thing, well I think Hell would freeze over before that happened. Seems odd that every now and again they are give good star ratings, when no one can get in touch with them, only by occasionally spending hours waiting for a chat line to pop up and then often being fobbed off or disconnected. No telephone line either to contact them. Are they writing the good reviews themselves ? How can it be only the favoured few get through, get a refund and are very satisfied !!!
