I don't usually leave reviews but the Saranghae team has been so helpful I'm paying it forward. My wanted to get my wife something for her anniversary and what do you give someone who has everything? I over heard my sister talking about your brand so I called the number and started asking questions....at this point quite sceptical. Lesley from customer service spent 20 minutes on the phone and discussed her issues, her skin types, how to use etc... He didnt' pressure me to buy, he just helped. I then took that info to Nordstrom to see if I could compare. First of all, the sales clerk at Nordstrom didn't know anything, just wanted to me buy, and a comparable system to Saranghae cost 3 times more! To make matters even more interesting, at the end I told the lady about Saranghae and she actually said "Yeah, I personally get asked about Saranghae alot, to be honest with you, I think you should go with Saranghae, they have their sh*t together". I was surprised she admited it but I did appreciate her honesty. That was 3 months ago and my wife absolutely LOVE the products. Her favorites - the cleanser, the cream and the serum. I hope this review helps you guys and anyone else who is thinking about trying Saranghae. Great products, great service, world class brand!
