Buyers Beware!! Saranghae has told me that according to their policy they can resume auto ship at any time even if you have requested to put your account on hold. They send you an email and if you do not respond within 48 hours they ship it anyway to you. I’ve been very sick and had put my account on hold. Too sick to check emails daily. If you want to stop shipments you need to cancel your account completely. And if you want to return a product they ship to you even though you’ve put your account on hold, you are responsible for shipping costs. My health is not good and I now have to deal with this somehow. These policies are not representative of a quality company.
