For me personally, due to my combination skin, I use less product in the warmer months. That meant my subscription was stacking up (I had a full unopened set). So when I saw my next order was scheduled to go through in the next three days (thanks to the Saranghae email reminder!), I emailed right away to postpone. I had a very prompt reply and they changed my order with such short notice - no problem, no questions asked! I just want to say a BIG A+ for customer service! This allowed me to keep my subscription (and the AMAZING price deal for all my products), but to not have to waste anything or to have old product. When I was looking around, this price point for what you get, in addition to the 45 day trial, was what initially drew me to this product. And the great, flexible, consumer-friendly customer service is what has kept me with this company!
