First off, I love the product. Second, the customer service has really been great. I signed up for their 5 step system and had to slow the orders down as I wasn’t getting thru it in time and it was no issue at all. When the mini fridge was announced I reached out and it took a follow up to hear back (likely due to order insanity from the impending holidays), but they got back to my follow up msg right away and sorted me out. Great team here and great product. I’ve been blabbing about it to all of my gal friends and even giving one a five step kit for her birthday. I’m pretty sure she’s gonna sign up once she gets through it ;)
