I love all the products from Saranghae! I admit I don't use them as consistently as I should but I love that the products are great for my sensitive skin and the fact that it is a whole skin care routine set up for me to do in 5 minutes. As someone who is new to proper skincare, this was a very convenient, efficient, and easy way for me to learn about the different products needed for good skincare and why they are necessary (I like the booklet that explains the steps of how to use and what they are doing for your skin). I would definitely rate my experience with Saranghae to be 5/5, not just because of the products, but also because of the service. I remember my shipment in December came in just 2 days after ordering and everytime I've reached out to Saranghae with a concern about needing to delay my next shipment, I always get a friendly response the next day accommodating to my needs. I like that I am speaking to an actual person, when I read the responses, not only my concern is directly addressed but usually I get asked how I like everything and I get informed of what is new and upcoming with Saranghae. It's been a great experience overall and I feel I wasn't just some random customer that bought a product from a while back, so thank you for letting me know that my questions and concerns matter to the company.
