The appliance return policy is a joke. You have 48 hours to return a appliance. Seriously. 48 hours? You buy a range for your kitchen that’s being remodeled and you only have 48 hours to return it. We bought it Friday night after work. Monday when it was to be installed is over 48 hours so finding out it didn’t work then is to late to return it.
I will never darken the door of a lowes store again. The manager was very rude when I called and told me to sell it on market place. They have lost me for a customer. I’m sure they don’t care but hopefully me writing this will save someone the hassle I’ve been through.
