Ordered a dryer on 8/28/22, was told it would take 7 to 10 days to arrive and scheduled delivery for 9/6/22. Received a phone call on 9/5/22 saying delievery was scheduled between 12 and 4 next day. Called asking for status of delivery they tell me no delivery scheduled that warehouse has not processed the dryer. No one can tell me whats going on. After 4 calls to store I contact Corp office, after being on hold for an hour I speak with someone. They put me on hold and another 30 minutes goes by. I am told that the dryer is on back order and they will call whenever it is back in stock. I say I cant wait so I have to go back to the store where they have no other dryers in sotck have to wait for everything. The gentleman calls another store and tells me they have one in stock, I go ahead and place the order over the phone, set up delivery for Sunday. Have to go to customer service to get my refund. They tell me they cant over ride the system as it has been 12 days and only store manager can do it after 10days. I have to return to get my money back. Wait for my delivery on Sunday and theydont show. I call and am told they dont have the dryer so I go to the store and ask for a manager. After explaining everything to her, she goesto back and finds the dryer buried. She pulls it out and puts it in the delivery bay and promises it to me on Monday. Money the dryer is delivered, very damaged and I have to leave work 4 hours early and go speak with manager again. They do not have any more of the dryer I picked. I have to pick a new dryer and they set it for delivery on Tuesday. Finally got the dryer but still not happy. Will not go to Lowes again. I am sorry is just not enough. I can say this last manager tried very hard to get me a dryer and did give me money off, but I still do not fell it was worth all the trouble.
