wife Purchase a 6-cu ft freezer on Oct 11- 2022 was told she would have it Delivered on Oct 26. That did not happen and there was no phone call from Lowes. I called Lowe's on Oct 28, asking what happened. they said they have No delivery date, or NO info where freezer is. but they did bill me and wanted the money. told them to bill me all you want, I'm not paying. Just Lowes selling B.S. If I do not hear from Lowes this week, I will Cancel the order and get it from home depot next week.
