I had my blinds installed at my new home in 1st week of June 2022 (7 customized and 8 instock) all the customized ones do not land on the base and the one above the bathtub is see through from outside. when i complained the same to LOWE it went on for 5 tickets and 6 months and the final thing is that it is customer preference as that is the defect with Bali blinds. why would a customer want a see through blind on bathtub rediculous. Pathetic experience. no one even bothers to provide an explanations, i'm the one whoc has to regularly follow up with LOWES. it has been going on for 6months and have no patience now.
