For a decade, at least, I have spent $$$--I bought washers, dryers, stoves, etc.-- and been completely satisfied with Lowe's products and services. Until I bought the "appliance from Hell." On August 28, 2022, I purchased a new dishwasher. In October 2022 it was due to be installed. But the dishwasher was damaged in the warehouse and was never delivered. The Lowe's installation service tried again at the end of October 2022. It was installed but the dishwasher was/is leaking water on my kitchen floor. From the first day it was delivered! I finally got Lowe's to revisit my home on Jan. 6, 2023. As I write this review it is January 12, 2023, and Lowe's has not given me a new dishwasher. Very sad.
