Delivery date move forward 1day without my knowledge, received a messages on voicemail 5min before call center closing to let me know. Call next day to let them know this was not what I agreed to they informed me that they had to change my date to better accommodate all the deliveries for that week and I called back too late to chg it. When I tried to explain what happened when the info alert call she plainly said I missed the window to chg and it was on its way and someone needed to be at my home rec the item.
I swear I hate this company and all the self righteous as*holes who shove the customers around. I am done with Lowe’s!
