Trying to call Matamoras, PA Lowes to ask a simple yes or no question. Rang and rang then disconnected twice. Tried to call the Customer Service line. 30 minute estimated wait time. No option to leave my number for a call back. I hung up. Don't know why I continue to even try to deal with this store. I bought an OTR microwave AT THE STORE. Brought it home after they loaded it into my car. Had someone unload it and install it while I was at work. Looked at the finished job, and they had given me a stainless steel instead of black. After I had told the sales lady black and she had checked her inventory for black for each one I asked about. So I called and after 3 people finally spoke with the manager who was supposed to help. She blamed it on me because I didn't look at the microwave when it was taken out of the box. So far I have had good experience with the associates but their management philosophy seems to have changed within the past 3 or 4 years at this particular store, and not for the better.
