Lowes is the worst store to buy appliances or do business with. They do not value their customers. I bought a Samsung refrigerator on November 26 for over $2000. They delivered it 2 days later. After the delivery guys left, I noticed several huge black streaks running down the back of the metal cooling system. I returned to the local Lowes 48 hours later and showed the agent the picture of the defect. He gave me a number to call and I spoke to a lady named Heather Spencer who was rude and said there was nothing that could be done. She coerced me to accept a gift card for $25 which is still sitting in my email, although I told her on multiple occasions that $25 is not enough to buy cleaner for the refrigerator. The black streaks got worse, so I called Lowes again and spoke to Kadie, who told me they could not do an exchange since it's past 48 hours. Kadie failed to recognize that I returned to the store within 48 hours and asked for assistance. I then spoke with the supervisor, ?Sam, who was just an asshole and told me the same thing.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES AT LOWES. They're the worst when it comes to customer service. Now I am stuck with a messed up refrigerator that I bought with my hard-earned money; no credit!
