This is for Ana at the Lowes in Hawthorne, CA. I purchased crown molding at another Lowes and needed one more strip to complete the job. After searching myself in the molding department with no success, I enlisted the assistance of Ana working in that department. She assured me that she would find that one strip I needed. She checked the digital inventory which said that 30 were in stock. I swear she must have pulled out 50 strips of crown molding, but not one of them was what I needed. I was a nervous that I would not be able to finish my project. She apologized for the inventory error, (not her fault), and called Lowes in Torrance to secure the molding. She was soooooo patient!
