I recently visited Loews to purchase blinds and had a disappointing experience. I had to wait for 45 minutes because the only available employee was on lunch break. When she finally arrived, there was no apology for the wait. Additionally, her attitude was unenthusiastic and she showed no interest in helping me select a product. Overall, the customer service was poor and did not meet my expectations.
I guess it’s the new world we are living in.
