I purchased a washing machine with the extended warranty, expecting peace of mind if anything went wrong. When the machine broke down on Thursday, I promptly reported it to Lowe’s. They assigned a repair company that never scheduled the repair. Upon researching this company, I discovered numerous complaints on the BBB about their unprofessional conduct, including taking money without performing repairs and failing to show up for appointments. I contacted Lowe’s about this issue, and they assured me they would find a different repair option. It has now been five days, and I have received no response. I am still without a working washing machine despite having the extended warranty. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am very disappointed in Lowe’s lack of support and follow-through.
