They just delivered and installed a new LG washer. After install people left my wife started a load. Water poured out all over the floor. I got in touch with the install people and they came back. All the connections were fine--the washer is defective. All he said in broken English was call customer service and don't use.
Am in 20th minute on hold waiting for "customer service". Buyer beware. Lowe's will sell you a broken product and strand you.
