Bought a Media Freezer, Lowe's delivered it and installed it. I have my own temperature monitor and the temperature goes from -2 to 30+ F (2-3 times a day). Alarms go off, etc. Have another temperature monitor reading same. Notified Lowes, they said they would send someone out to fix or to see if it needs replacing. Set a time to be home (they give an 8 hour window). He came out, said it needs replacing. I call Lowe's back and now they said I need to call Media, set up another time for them to come out and evaluate and then if they say its broken, then they can start a replacement process.
Why they didn't send someone who could do something the first time is beyond frustrating and unprofessional . I will have to set up another time to be home, etc. In the meantime, the broken appliance they sold will be not working for another week. Will be over two weeks or longer to get this resolved.
