Lowes lost a customer today. Sorry to see many new self-check out lanes installed since our last visit. One lane was left for cashier transactions, which is the one we wanted to use because we had questions. That lane was closed. The self-checkout lanes were backed up because of customer issues. We left the store without making any purchases. It wasn't worth the waste of time to wait for assistance.
In the future we will shop anywhere but Lowes, even if we have to pay a little more for better customer service.
