Lowe’s delivered a broken refrigerator to my home and will not refund delivery fee. I was told the delivery people have to get paid and I have to pay whether the product delivered is broken or not. Lowe’s should pay the delivery since they sold a broken product. I will never make another purchase from Lowe’s nor will my family ever buy anything else from Lowe’s. This is not how you treat customers. Just lost more than my business.
