I ordered new custom blinds for my house in April. I didn't expect to hear right away since they were custom made. After two months I called to check and the order was marked complete. They restarted the order I asked them to rush as I had out of state company coming in late June. The order arrived and I waited for installation to contact me. They never did. When I called in July they said the installation order never got sent. It is now September and I now have an installation date of September 10th. I also asked for a manager to call me to have a discount and never got a call. I will not be using Lowe's to do the rest of my home upgrades.
