Loews promptly delivered my freezer but the delivery team said they do not reverse the door! They said to call Loews for someone else to do it. 20 minutes later Loews called to see how I liked my new freezer. I explained it is unusable and they said the delivery men were supposed to change the door and this was their job. 12 calls, 11 days later and 2 more scheduled service calls and Loews still has not come back. This includes "KIM" hanging up on me 3 times (the first 2 times she apologized and said her phone messed up!, this probably was a lie) and then claiming I was yelling at her when I explained to her I was frustrated at Loews, Never did I yell and their calls are recorded! Loews reviews at every site are extremely poor (most under a 2)!
