Bought a dishwasher back in 2021 and also purchased the 3 year extended warranty. Fast forward to 2024 and it is in need of a repair. Had the repair done on January 19, 2024. Warranty expired on September 7, 2024. Now the dishwasher is faulty again with the same codes that was "fixed" in January, I call and they refuse to fix the issue because the warranty is expired but said that I can purchase another extended warranty. I just tried purchasing another warranty and was told I cannot because the appliance needs a repair. Tried telling them it is the same issue as before and they don't seem to care. Lowes customer service and the extended warranty program are the absolute worst. They do not care about the customers at all. They only care about $$$. I'm sorry but unless you make the customer happy, the money will not continue rolling in. It will go elsewhere.
