My mom ordered a mahogany door in May. October 16th, the installers came with the wrong size door. On November 21st, an unfinished door was installed. Today December 24th Lowe's says they will not replace the door or pay for it to be finished. Why ask the customer to choose colors in the store and then go through the trouble of getting the HOA approval if you only sell unfinished doors? And to add insult to injury they offered $103 for the delay.
