My mom has three charges on her debit card that Lowe’s refuses to reimburse her since they have already been paid. We reside in Colorado. The three charges are for Lowe’s: 149 in Everett, WA
1540 in Citrus Heights, CA
1087 in Folsom, CA
The Corporate gave us the phone numbers to the three stores mentioned above since my mom was requesting for the addresses of who possibly used her debit card. The store manage for #149 suggested to call the police department to file a fraud complaint. I would like to commend this manager. Her employee was saying we would need to call Synchrony Bank to report the fraud. We asked why since apparently he wasn’t listening very well. During that time she told him that she already contacted her bank and corporate.
We did call our police department make the complaint. Because they’re busy with emergency calls, she gave us the police website and where to go to in order to file a fraud complaint.
