I’m sorry that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere just because they will not replace a broken screwdriver. It’s the principle more than anything. A kobalt tool that is supposed to be guaranteed.
Not a big deal , this is what happened to Sears. I do have 3 houses that I have to buy for, it just won’t be at Lowe’s anymore. I actually keep this screwdriver laying on a work bench to remind me not to buy anything at Lowe’s.
