We used Lowe’s to purchase all of our cabinets for a kitchen remodel. We bought paint screws handles for the cabinets. We’ve purchased our refrigerator dishwasher sink everything from there. We were also going to purchase countertops so we went in on February 1 and put a deposit down and we’re expecting to have somebody out within the week to measure. That, however, did not happen And we went back-and-forth with them trying to get in touch with somebody to come out just to measure. Four weeks after we had put that deposit down we finally got somebody out to measure for our countertops and a week after that we got our quote. The quote was double the price that Lowe’s have quoted us for the countertops so now we are at 5 1/2 weeks with no countertops in our kitchen. It has been an absolute hassle and huge disappointment from them because I thought they would be better. Speaking with Lowe’s, they put it all on the install company which OK, I get that they can’t control the install company but, you would think They would use a better install company or something would be done about that. The supervisor I spoke with said this is not the first time they’ve had troubles. So it leads me to believe that they need to do something different. I just would not recommend using Lowe’s for any type of installation because I can’t imagine how long it would have taken if we had used them to install the rest of the kitchen. I have since called and tried to speak to the installer, but can’t get in touch with anyone. So needless to say, I am very disappointed and frustrated with the situation. I would not recommend at all!
