After spending 3k+ for 2 washer/dryer stacks, come to find out that they did not include the one kits to make them stack. Got sold 4 other kits, but not the 2 I really needed. Customer service said order new ones and drive back or pay another delivery fee. No accommodation or consideration. So much for service.
