I ordered a free standing range and yes it was dropped and damaged in the back. Being since it was damaged in the back I was ok with that. I was NOT ok with loosing my warranty and would have never agreed to that. I didn't catch that the handle assembly was also damaged. I am a retired HVAC service tech of 45 years. Our company was nationwide.We also took care of all appliances. I sent them a picture of the handle trim and they refused to ship me a replacement part ten dollar replacement because I agreed to except the damages. Instead of doing it the easy way they said they can delivery another one. If you want to know why appliances are so high, this kind of stupid decision making only hurts the consumer. All they wanted to do was sell me an extended warranty. Shame on you! I tried to post a picture of the handle trim that was cracked but that doesn't work either.
