We ordered a new washer last Friday at Longview Lowe's from Sophia. Wonderful salesperson, very knowledgable. She set us up with a Sunday morning delivery and told us they would call with the time of delivery that morning. The gentleman, Jesus, called to let us know our washer was loaded and what time to expect him. He and his crew showed up within 5 minutes of the quoted time. Jesus and Steve removed our old washer, installed the new one and made sure everything was working correctly with no plumbing leaks. Very friendly and fast but correct work.
