Had a lovely time at the Trafford store today with my friend, I had a hair consultation with Andrew, they helped me pick out a routine for my, honestly limp, hair and sensitive scalp, felt really listened to and looked after, and I plan on coming back to purchase full size products when I know if I like the samples they gave me, very pleased!
