“There is no customer service. They put a product on their online boxing day sale at 50% off, but claimed in the fine print it was only discounted in stores not online-- makes no sense why it was online under the sale. Took 3 days to finally get customer service on the phone and spoke to a supervisor named Daniel that only made excuses for all the problems. Was absolutely no help. He also was supposed to call me back at a certain time and called an hour later. On the phone prompt it states to text for a faster response, well 4 days later and 3 texts I still have no response. This company used to be wonderful, but it has gone down to the point where the customer doesn't matter. I will not purchase anything from them again, there are too many other wonderful companies that take care of their customers.”

“Similar to many on here - placed a large order on 27/12/24 but not heard anything since, other than confirmation that they received the order. No phones working and the only way to contact is by email. When you do email, you get a response generated by an AI bot. No “real” person. No information provided as to when the order might be received, never mind dispatched. Very disappointing. I’m just glad that I paid using PayPal so at least I should get my money back.”

“When placing an order through the Lush app for the boxing day sales, multiple orders went through, they took my money.. 3 days go by with me chasing for my order confirmation, for them to refund my money and to be told it is 'beyond their control' for any errors with online orders.”

“Never had a problem with lush their products are great the posh chocolate is amazing and the Congo jelly deliver driver put it somewhere where it got soaking wet destroyed all the bath bombs lush sent me a full replacement rushed delivery in time for Christmas I hope but that's more delivery fault than lush as its the busy time of the year excellent customer service any problems just phone them up it's much quicker than emailing”

“Let me tell you about the head manager, Adam. He's the sweetest, happiest, most fun being in the store, and the reason I come back. He just knew how to direct me to a scent I would like and I've been super hooked on it. Buy a new product just for that scent every time. Best worker ever~ I have never seen the Baton Rouge location shine this much.”

He offered thoughtful advice tailored to my needs and took the time to explain each product in detail, from ingredients to how they would benefit my skin. His dedication to customer satisfaction was clear, and I left feeling confident in my purchases. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for knowledgeable and attentive service”

“We had a party at lush Poole! It was out of this world. Holly the party host was fun energetic and the kids absolutely loved her! We knew going in we were going to make something but we didn’t know how much fun we would all have so thank you so much! The kids will be talking about this for year !! I would 100% recommend a party at lush and will book again in the future!!”
