Made an order for my daughters birthday present on 30th june, said 2-4 working days, ofcourse it wasn't when I enquired about the tracking on the 3rd day I got a reply on the 4th working day, they said sorry delivery is 5-7 working days. I made a complaint saying I would like my delivery refunded at least as my daughter wouldn't get part of her birthday present and the delivery time says different, I sent a screen shot.
I got a reply saying "sorry its taken afew days to reply we are really busy, in the small print it does say in sale time delivery will be longer" they refused to refund my delivery and said hope your daughter has a good birthday! The arrogance of the customer services advisor to say can't refund your delivery you won't get her present in time but happy birthday from us!!!! I'm disgusted and will never shop with them again!!! I can't believe they make all this fuss about we care about the environment and the products and entice you in the shops but they don't care at all about the customers experience when your not face to face. I spent hundreds of pounds in their stores and the 1 small delivery I get the worst experience ever! By the way customer services on the phone cuts off automatically after a 10 minute hold time!
