Placed an order 12/23/24 - took weeks for my order to ship (llonger than the 10 days they stated on the website). 1/20 checked the tracking again and noticed that the item could not be delivered because the postage was insufficient. I contacted the company via email multiple times and never received a response. I tried calling the number on their website and got a recording that the number was not valid. Will report as fraud through my credit card company.
