Great customer service. I had to cancel a previous order I made because I ordered the wrong size. They got back to me within the next business day, cancelled it with no problem, and were very nice about it. The new order I put in came so quick and packaged nicely. I loved the quality, and the monogram was perfect! It makes for a great gift. Will definitely be ordering some time soon for myself! 😉
