I called Luxury Spa Robes to ask if I could use the 10% offer on my already placed order and was given the discount. Not sure why I got this offer after my first order, but it was applied nonetheless. I appreciate the customer service representative, as she was very sweet. I also told her that I was getting this for my daughter who is just 4' 8" and was advised by said rep to size down. I did, and it fits perfectly!
