I was disappointed. I don't disagree with the weft method. I agree that there has to be some way to get people to see the color before opening the product. I agree that you can't resell an open product. When I opened mine and looked at my weft I thought that it was pretty close, but the blonde color that was sent doesn't match the picture that represents that color. The box doesn't have the color name on it, but it has a number, so there's really no way for me to know if they sent me the color that I ordered. When I reached out to customer service, they were very nice, but I feel like there are exceptions to every rule. I had originally asked if they had any pictures of models with the sandy brown balayage that I had ordered. She told me that since it was discontinued they don't have any pictures. I wanted to see how it looked elsewhere besides the only picture that they provided for that color. But the picture of the extensions of this color also don't match the picture of the bun that they provide. I was basing my color off of the hair extension color. The product description says that it will last up to 6 months. I'm sure I can make mine go longer, but I wouldn't have ordered it had I known that. I wouldn't have ordered it had I known it wasn't the same color as what was in the picture. I do like the feel of the hair and the weight is good.
