“After multiple samples I finally got an almost close match. The Luxy team were great with my questions and sending over samples. It is a lot of hair given I probably could have gotten away with less, but I went off the recommendation given.”

“Unfortunately, neither of the two swatches came even close to matching the color of my hair. Of course, that could be a result of my making poor choices or distortion of the colors by my computer monitor. What does concern me is that the texture of the hair is so thin, even thinner than my own. If, in fact, this is a true representation of the type of hair used, I don't see where these extensions would be of any use to me.”

“I was a long time customer of Hidden Crown and was referred by them. The halo I ordered was not nearly as wide as my previous pieces and it does not even reach the sides of my head where the hair is the thinnest. I cannot do the clip in pieces provided, much too painful. I couldn't tell until I opened the piece or I would have returned it.”

“These are the best! I have tried other clip ins with similiar claims that where just as expesive. They did not last very long. Not only do these last a long time but the quality is unmatched! Plus the seamless design makes them oh so comfortable. Wont ever go astray again!”

“I’m not having the easiest time finding the right color. I have texted with a hair stylist from Luxy and sent my picture. The colors they have recommended are either too light or too dark. So I keep ordering and returning. I just ordered my 4th set of seamless. Hopefully this one will work. Also ordered the bangs and they looked weird. Sorry. Not impressed at all.”

“The hair is very synthetic looking with a natural shine and feel. Compared to fashion source clip in extensions which have been very hard to find … Luxy brand feels like a very bad investment. I wish Luxy provided some sort of return option but they don’t. This confirms that it’s best to buy extensions at an actual store where you can verify what your purchasing.”

“Terrible as I placed two orders as I thought I hadn't completed the first and neither order showed up. When my second order didn't show up I finally see it was a second order but did not receive either order. I made a special hair appointment to have my extensions cut and now will not be able to have the hairdresser I wanted as I will be leaving and she books out months in advance. 😭😭😭 LUXY CLAIMS I sent the packages to the billing address which is 💯 FALSE. I KNOW 💯 I sent the packages to the correct address AND double checked before hitting send! Lucy's system changed the shipping address. I told them to send the carrier to go get the packages if they were sent to the billing address. CRICKETS!!”

“I ordered the scalp filler and thinning bundle—and then ordered the curtain bangs. They were out of the mocha color in the curtain bangs but a simple hair dye did the trick! The quality is amazing and I couldn’t recommend it enough! Confident booster!!!!! If you’re on the fence don’t be! They’re amazing pieces to build your confidence up if you’re suffering from thinning or hair loss! Also emailed the company to let them they were super sweet sent a quick response back! It’s nice to know this is an ACTUAL company that appreciates feedback!”

“I’ve been ordering Luxy hair since 2010 and have probably more that 25 orders . I love Luxy hair! The customer service is the best . My only complaint is how the rewards work . It’s frustrating when there is a promo discount that it is restricted/can’t combine to use rewards. I’ve earned the rewards and want to use them accordingly . I appreciate the team accommodating my frustration . Also if I redeem an award and change my mind . I should be able to cancel the redemption and re-redeem . Continue to take care of your customers and we will continue to reward your business with returning business . Thanks for being amazing”

“Bought the 20 inch platinum. The hair is too shiny and looks fake. Tried several things to get it to match. Whatever the hair is coated in is stubborn.”

“I’ve been wearing hair extensions for years and take really good care of them, so I was actually excited to try Luxy and tested them out before an event. I’ve only worn them a handful of times, used heat protectant every time, barely even put heat on them, brushed them gently, oiled them, and stored them properly in a case. There’s honestly no reason they should look like this already. They’re already frayed, dry, and look completely worn out like I’ve had them for months, not a few uses. For the price, that’s kind of crazy. I genuinely wanted to love them, but this was a huge letdown. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend them at all.”

“I love these seamless clip-in extensions. They blend really well with my natural hair and feel lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. The hair is soft, thick, and styles easily with curling or straightening. The silicone wefts make them lay super flat so they’re not bulky. Definitely worth it if you want volume and length that looks natural. Tip that works for me is where I’m adding pieces I use texture spray along the roots and back comb (tease) the roots. That creates a “shelf” to clip your hair onto and seems to have a reinforced feel to the all day wear! Oh and easy return/exchange if the first color doesn’t work. Great customer service.”
