Customer service: I had trouble color matching my hair and they worked with me to find the right match just in time for my wedding consultation. Even when I ordered a color that was too dark they expedited a color sample for me to try which was a perfect match.
Product: The extensions are great. They aren’t to heavy and stayed in with no issues for the three days I wore them. They curl very nicely and hold shape.
