Fast delivery and good quality product. However, the clip-in ponytail doesn't work for me, because it pulls too much on my scalp when I wear it. This it probably due to the fact that my hair is quite thin, so I don't have enough hair to support the weight of the ponytail. It might be good to mention on the website that this is something to keep in mind. Due to the no-return policy, I unfortunately won't be able to use the ponytail, so sadly this was a waste of money for me.
