We accidentally ordered the same item 2 times. Upon realizing this we messaged the agent through the website about the situation. It was FIFTEEN MINUTES after the second order. We requested the second oder be cancelled. They said they could not do that which makes no sense at all. We run a drop ship business and there is ALWAYS time to stop orders, especially 5-15 minutes after being placed. Now extra time will be wasted by us AND YOU dealing with a return that could have easily been avoided. Took what should/could have been an exceptional purchase experience to average at best.
Again, once we realized the double order had been accidentally placed we spoke to a LUXY rep online in the chat box 15 minutes after placing the second order. We were told they could not stop and refund the second order. Now we wil have to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a refund and then go send it back and then wait. TOTALLY AVOIDABLE.
