I decided to check out for myself the company ( based in USA) selling a dress advertised on Lyst. I’m glad I did as the inventory had not been updated on their website and the dress was no longer available much to my disappointment. I can however say that despite my doubts, I did receive a genuine and prompt response to my query when I asked Lyst to confirm whether this dress was available or not from an overseas seller. I appreciate it must be difficult to keep web pages up to date given the amount of items for sale but I’m glad I researched it for myself as I might have had a lengthy wait for a refund on an item that wasn’t available in the first place.
